- Meet bi-weekly or monthly for 3-6 months

Coaches help entrepreneurs grow from the inside out. Rather than giving advice, coaches use questions, frameworks, and structured conversations to help entrepreneurs think clearly, set priorities, and build healthy rhythms of execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide entrepreneurs through structured reflection and goal-setting
- Help them sharpen skills, overcome challenges, and stay accountable
- Use coaching tools, not personal war stories, to build capacity
- Support leadership development, mindset, and execution
- Engage in short, focused cycles (3-6 months) with clear outcomes

- You’re a good listener and enjoy helping others
- You can commit to regular monthly meetings
- You believe in the power of encouragement
- You want to make a direct, personal impact
Commitment Levels:
- Monthly: 1 hour/month, ongoing
- 3-Month: Support someone through one program cycle
