This four-part intensive bootcamp provides entrepreneurs with the business basics. Through hackathon-style peer collaboration over two days, this bootcamp challenges you, stretches your thinking, and gives you concrete tools to bring your business to life. This isn’t about listening — it’s about doing.

The Four Parts:
  • Friday Evening — Discover: Understand your business model and how to refine it. Build your model using The CO.STARTERS Canvas, refine through customer discovery, and start testing assumptions.
  • Saturday Morning — Promote: Learn how to market your business effectively. Craft your message, choose your marketing channels, and develop your pitch.
  • Saturday Midday — Build: Dive into the building blocks of financial modeling. Know your value before setting your price, understand your costs, and calculate break-even.
  • Saturday Afternoon — Launch: Build momentum through goal setting. Set priorities, identify 30/60/90 day milestones, and create a plan to stay on track.

Note: As part of this Bootcamp experience, participants will also receive 3 additional expert led workshops around subject areas such as finance, customer, and marketing that will supplement what was learned in Bootcamp.

are still exploring. Even for Bootcamp, we accept
participants at various stages.

Get Started is $25 and Bootcamp is $175. Scholarships are available for both — cost should never be a barrier to your entrepreneurial journey.

Our programs are designed for in-person collaboration at our
Aliquippa location. The peer connections and hands-on activities
work best face-to-face.
